T.G.I.Turkey-Day

So, I just came back from our Suffolk Thanks Giving Dinner...(or rather: I just rolled back) and the only thing I can still move are my fingers.
We had a reservation for a little over 50 people in a restaurant that decided to make a special Thanks Giving Menu for all the poor souls who were unable to spend this day in the States. On the menu was:
New England Clam Chouder
Turkey with mashed potatoes & gravy, cranberry sauce, some green stuff with raisins, and a bread-herb-butter stuffing!
(Yeah, I know!)
OH, and of course Apple or Pumpkin pie for desert.
Now, I'm not an expert on this, but as far as I am concerned it was delicious. The feedback from the real Americans was also excellent, so all in one: I think it's safe to say, that we passed a perfect Thanks Giving meal as a Suffolk-Family!
